The beautiful Banjaar Tola, Kanha is situated on a sprawling 90 acre private concession that peeps over the central part of the Kanha National Park. The forest lodge has two attractive and comfortable tented camps which house nine suites each.

The Banjaar Tola in Kanha has received its name from the gypsy tribes who had set their camps by the stunning Banjaar River. On visiting this lodge, your attention will drift towards its lavish tents which are light in weight and are made of local ingredients to lend them an eco-friendly feel.


The lodge Banjaar Tola, Kanha flaunts two huge camps on the pristine banks of the river. Each camp has nine luxurious suites. The suites are spacious and styled in modern patterns. The canvas roofs, bamboo flooring, bamboo wall panels and attractive wooden and rattan made furnishings adorn every nook and corner of the suites. However, it is the use of soft tones of saffron, light green and intricate block prints symbolizing Bastar and Dogra art which accentuate their sophisticated look a bit more. The meticulous use of mud pottery and bell metal statues also enhances their elegance.

All the suites have magnificent soak tub, trendy indoor shower and private deck provided with traditional style lounge cots, cushions and oil lanterns. These elements add to the romantic ambiance of the suites. The suites are air conditioned also. You will find ceiling fans and mosquito protection too.


Banjaar Tola, Kanha is very careful about the dining needs of the guests. It is in this regard, the lodge uses fresh fruits and vegetables in the culinary preparations. To make dining experience little exciting, the lodge offers you a wide range of options to take a pick from. You can go for pool, riverside or private deck dining arrangements of the lodge.
