Bandhavgarh National Park
It is a noted tiger reserve and serves as a retreat to numerous attractive species of animals and birds. The park is extended over 437 sq km area. In this park, you will have a thrilling experience of spotting tigers and tiger tracks. Nilgai, chital, fox, chinkara, chausingha, wild boar, jackal, jungle cat, muntjac, ratel, porcupine, hyena, the rhesus macaque and the black-faced langur are the other wildlife species that can be spotted here. Apart from them, as the park is also a home to about 150 local and migratory bird species, you have a fair chance of catching a sight of any of them.

Kanha National Park
The park is an important tiger reserve in India. It is located close to the Bandhavgarh National Park. Sprawling over 1945 sq km area, the park attracts the attention of visitors to its varied topography, wildlife and vegetation. The park is mostly visited for tigers. Besides, deers (barasinqha), chousingha, chital (spotted deer), nilgai, wild pigs and gaur or Indian bison can also be spotted. You will also encounter a wide variety of bird species here. Some of the famous spots of this park from where you can take a fascinating view of these wildlife species are Shravantal, Bishanpura, Bahmnidadar, Sondhar, Ghorella, central Kanha valley and grasslands.
Panna National Park
This is another tiger reserve. However, the park is mostly visited for housing a wide variety of endangered species. In this park, you will get to see tigers, wild dogs, leopards, wolves, hyenas, sloth bears, caracals, sambar (deers), chital, chowsingha, chinkara and nilgai residing in the thick forests and grasslands. This is also an ideal place to see reptiles like pythons and about 200 bird species. It is a delightful treat for eyes to spot white necked storks, bar- king vultures, headed gooses and paradise flycatcher.
Apart from wildlife, the park has beautiful Pandav Falls and Rajgarh Palace for the visitors.
Pench National Park
This park was given the status of national park in 1983. Pench National Park boasts of mixed and dry deciduous forests including shrubs, climbers, teak woods and trees. In this park, you will be able to see various wildlife species like tigers, nilgai, wild pigs, chitals, gaur and four horned antelopes. About 125 species of birds are also found here. Mynas, bulbuls, barbets, wagtails, minivets, munias, waterfowls, orioles and blue kingfishers are just to name a few of them. In the water body, you will be able to spot turtles and crocodiles.
The other attractions of the park comprise Totladoh Dam and Totladoh Lake. You can also look for the recreational activities like motor boating, row boating or pedal boating. Rafting is another exciting activity to indulge in here.
